The Infant & Toddler Forum’s Ten Steps for a Healthy Pregnancy is a simple guide to help all women achieve a healthy pregnancy.

Some women who are not eating a balanced diet and cutting out any of the food groups such as milk do need a wider supplement. See the Infant & Toddler Forum Factsheet – Healthy Eating in Pregnancy for clear advice.
